What you should pay attention to when using hydraulic pumps ?

 

1. Clean working oil must pass through the drain port on the shell and be filled into the pump before staring the plunger pump. Run at no-load for 5-10 minutes first before normal operation when the hydraulic pump starts.

 

2. Temperature will affect the viscosity of the oil and make it change.The oil temperature is required to be kept below 80℃ as the viscosity of the oil temperature rises and the viscosity decreases. In order to make the hydraulic pump work stably at different working temperatures, the selected oil should have the characteristics that the viscosity is less affected by temperature changes, as well as better chemical stability, anti-foaming performance, etc. We recommended to use anti-wear hydraulic oil.
